David Chaplin is the Vice President of Operations for Evanesce. With over 30 years of manufacturing experience in various roles including Operations, Plant Management and Corporate HR Director, David oversees Evanesce’s manufacturing plants in Early Branch, South Carolina and North Las Vegas, Nevada. David is responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring the Evanesce product lines are best-in-class adhering to the strict guidelines given by the FDA, SQF, TUV and BPI for food safety and compostability.

Prior to joining Evanesce, Chaplin was a Plant Manager in Williston, South Carolina for a global automotive components manufacturer Dayco Products. His experience in manufacturing components that are meticulously tested to withstand challenging environments has been instrumental in the development of our compostable serviceware and packaging.
